Official Rules and Regulations

The 2008 Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest combines body physique, figure and fitness level along with written essay questions. The Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest will be conducted in the United States and be exclusively for health club professionals. Only Health Club Professionals will be allowed to participate in the Contest. This includes: Health Club Owners, CEO's, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, Health Club General Managers, Health Club Managers, Fitness Directors, Program Directors and any other job title that holds a management position within a Health Club or Fitness Facility within the United States.

Timeline and Deadlines
To enter complete the online entry form at www.clubsolutionsmagazine.com. Please include pictures with your entry form. Also you will need to answer all the questions online that tell us your story of what the health club profession and industry means to you. All essays must be your unpublished original story, written in English. Entries must be completed on the Official Entry Form online. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. A Most Fit of the Month Winner will be crowned for each month of the year in 2008 and be featured in that corresponding month's issue. The winner for each month will receive the title, Most - Fit Health Club Professional for that month. At the end of the year, The 2009 Most-Fit Health Club Professional of the year will be crowned. The 2009 Most-Fit Health Club Professional of the Year will be chosen from one of the twelve, Most-Fit of the Month 2008 winners. The winner will be announced by or before March 31, 2009 on www.clubsolutionsmagazine.com and in the March 2009 Issue. The March 2009 Issue will feature the 2009 Most-Fit Health Club Professional of Year.

How You Will Be Judged
The Club Solutions Magazine team will select Most-Fit of the Month Winners from all completed entries online received by Club Solutions Magazine. The Club Solutions Magazine team will judge all entries. Judging will be based on the following criteria: overall appearance, physique and figure - 50%, health club profession (essay and questions) - 50%. 12 Monthly Most-Fit Winners will be selected on the previous criteria and will represent the month they were chosen in the magazine, In addition, an overall 2009 Most - Fit Health Club Professional of the Year will be selected - who is in addition to the previous criteria, determined by the judges to best represent Club Solutions Magazine. The likelihood of winning depends upon the number of entries received, and the quality of your entry compared to the quality of other entry submissions as determined by the judges. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be scored based on the health club profession essay and questions.

Potential Most-Fit Monthly Winners and the 2009 Most-Fit of the Year Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability. Affidavit must certify participants eligibility, that participants essay submission and the photos submitted are original, that participant holds all rights to the submission, that submission has not been previously published, that the participant is currently employed as a health club professional and that the participant has followed the rules of the Club Solutions Magazine Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest. Affidavit package will be sent via express delivery. Failure to timely comply with all requirements, including the 5-day time period, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential Most -Fit Winner will be selected. Most -Fit of the Month Winners will be notified by phone/mail/email. Winners may be asked to attend a Club Solutions Magazine sponsored event.

Who is Eligible to Enter the Most-Fit of the Month?
The Club Solutions Magazine Most - Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest participants must be at least 18 years of age before entering the Most - Fit Contest.

Most- Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest participants are required to at least be a subscriber to Club Solutions Magazine to be eligible.

The Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest participants are also required to be in the health club industry employed or self employed by a health club or fitness facility within the United States during the 12 month competition to be eligible. Club Solutions Magazine must be able to verify employment and profession to be eligible.

Regulations and Requirements
Club Solutions Magazine reserves the right to interpret these rules and if necessary to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.clubsolutionsmagazine.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted online along with any other information provided become the sole and exclusive property of Club Solutions Magazine. Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Most-Fit Health Club Professional in America Contest participants must notify Club Solutions Magazine in writing or online of any change of address or phone number. Potential Most-Fit Contest Winners of the month who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the address or phone number in their completed Official Contest Kit online will be disqualified.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Club Solutions Magazine and their affiliated companies and their agencies to use winner's name, likeness, and submission, in any form, in whole or in part, for purposes of public relations, promotional advertising and trade purposes in any and all media, without territorial, time, use or other limitation without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All material submitted becomes sole property of Club Solutions Magazine and will not be returned. Club Solutions Magazine is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of the offer, administration of all contest or in the announcement of the prize.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Values
The Most-Fit Health Club Professional of the Year Winner will receive a brand new Pontiac Solstice Convertible, will be featured in the Most-Fit Health Club Professional of Year Issue in Club Solutions Magazine in March 2009 (Approximate Retail Value of the

Most-Fit of the year winning prize is $25,000.00.) Monthly Most-Fit winners will be featured in the Club Solutions Magazine issue that corresponds to the month they were voted Most-Fit. Each Most-Fit Health Club Professional of the Month winners will also receive an AB COASTER® Abdominal Machine compliments AbCoaster.

Limit one prize per person. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Club Solutions Magazine reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value or to substitute the cash equivalent of the prize at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winners may be asked to become exclusive endorsers for Club Solutions Magazine and enter into an exclusive endorsement agreement with Club Solutions Magazine.
